#10 Stair fried pork ginger with fisherman’s sauce

This time we made ginger grilled pork using the Suzunoya special “fisherman’s sauce”!

Ingredients(4 people)

Pork slice ・・・・・・・・・・800g
Onion ・・・・・・・・・・・・・half
Garlic ・・・・・・・・・・・・as needed
Ginger ・・・・・・・・・・・・as needed
Salt ・・・・・・・・・・・・・as needed

【Sauce】
Fisherman’s sauce ・・・・・・5 large spoon
Ginger ・・・・・・・・・・・・as needed
Garlic ・・・・・・・・・・・・as needed

Steps

1. Put pork slice and onion slices in a bowl.

2. Add the marinade, garlic and ginger grated well and put it in place for at least 1 hour.

3. If the taste gets in, add plenty of salad oil in a frying pan, heat it well, sprinkle chicken with starch powder and fry both sides carefully over medium to low heat.

4. It is a signal of completion if a solid appears in the whole. Serve on a plate and complete!

Tips

The taste was deeply absorbed into the pork, and it was soft and fresh despite the pork slice.

Comment

Grilled pork with ginger that I really wanted to make. The Suzunoya-made “fisherman’s sauce” is generally used for marinade fish, but it expands the range of cooking.
