Smoked salmon ・・・・・・・・200g
Sesame ・・・・・・・・・・・・1 small spoon
Fisherman’s sauce ・・・・・・50g
Green onion (chopped) ・・・・as needed
1. Prepare the ingredients and sauce.
2. Cut smoked salmon, avocado and cucumber into cubes and place in a bowl.
3. Put the sauce with sesame seeds in a bowl and mix well with ingredients.
4. Place the sauce in step 3 on hot rice and add green onion!
This point is using smoked salmon instead of tuna and salmon sashimi. The salty salmon served well with the sweet and sour sauce. You may want to add wasabi or yuzu pepper etc.
Poke rice bowl is famous in Hawaii, but recently it seems that various Poke rice bowl can be eaten in Japan and other countries around the world. I will try to challenge another Poke rice bowl using different ingredients in the future!
