Lobster miso ・・・・・ ・・・・as needed
Butter ・・・・・・・・・・・・・as needed
Cheese (for pizza) ・・・・・・as needed
Mayonaise ・・・・・・・・・・・as needed
1. Apply butter and lobster miso onto half cut focaccia.
2. On 1, put a lot of cheese on top and put mayonnaise as you like.
3. Bake in a toaster oven until the surface is slightly burnt into golden color.
4. Take out the bread from the toaster oven and sprinkle the chopped parsley as you like!
This time I used Focaccia, but you can use normal toast. You can it with various breads.
Personally, I liked spicy miso. Spicy after the flavor of lobster becomes a habit.
