#7 Salmon meuniere lobster miso flavor

Miso is a standard item of Muniel. Compatibility with mayonnaise is perfect, isn’t it?

Ingredients(2 people)

Salmon fillet ・・・・・・・・・2
Vegetable・・・・・・・・・・・・as needed
Lobster miso ・・・・・・・・・1 large spoon
Salt ・・・・・・・・・・・・・・as needed

Lobster miso ・・・・・・・・・1 large spoon
Sake ・・・・・・・・・・・・・1 small spoon


1. Pre-salt the salmon fillet.

2. Cut your favorite vegetables into strips and put them in a bowl.

3. Mix the Ise shrimp miso until boil and smooth (also add mayonnaise if you like).

4. Mix step 2 and step 3 well, put the chopsticks on aluminum foil, and put plenty of vegetables on top.

5. Steam step 4 sepending on the size of the pot, it will be completed in about 15 to 25 minutes!


You may try the sweet and hot sauce of lobster miso.


I used to make muniere in a sauce mixed with ordinary miso and mayonnaise, but the flavor of lobster miso was good on the top of the bowl and the taste was exceptional.
