#2 Minced beef with lobster miso oriental noodle style

This time, I tried to make an “Oil-men-style” by entwining Ise shrimp miso and ground beef from the Suzunoya Ryokan ♪

Ingredients(2 people)

Garlic, Ginger (chopped)・・・・as needed
Minced beef・・・・・・・・・・・250g
Pasta(any size)・・・・・・・・200-250g
Coriander(if like)・・・・・・as needed
Lobster miso ・・・・・・・・・1 large spoon

Sesame oil ・・・・・・・・・・1 large spoon
Garlic chive(chopped)・・・as needed
Soy sauce ・・・・・・・・・・4 large spoon
Sweet sake (Mirin)・・・・・・4 large spoon
Vinegar ・・・・・・・・・・・1 large spoon
Garlic, Ginger (chopped)・・・・as needed


1. Stir in ground beef, add garlic, chopped ginger, Ise shrimp miso, a pinch of salt and stir-fry (soak the taste well).

2. Mix all the sauce.
3. Distort the pasta and place the pasta in a plate.
4. Pour pasta with sesame oil once over a plate and sauce over it.
5. Fill the ground beef with the sauce in 4 and put it on your favorite pachy or crushed nuts and complete!


If you use thin pasta, it is easy to eat with ingredients.


Oil noodles tend to be Asian-styled, but can be arranged in Asia & Japanese style by using Ise shrimp miso and sesame oil. The flavor of the fragrant Ise shrimp is preeminent!
