#11 Stair fried calamari ring with fisherman’s sauce

The Suzunoya special “fisherman’s sauce” goes with seafood “calamari ring”!

Ingredients（4 people）

Calamari ring　・・・・・・・・・800g
Green onion　・・・・・・・・・・as needed
Garlic　・・・・・・・・・・・・・as needed
Salt　・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・as needed

【Sauce】
Fisherman’s sauce　・・・・・・5 large spoon
Garlic　・・・・・・・・・・・・as needed

Steps

1. Mix the rings and sauce well.

2. Put oil in a frying pan and fry the squid, complete when the fire passes enough!

3. Serve on a plate and sprinkle small onions as you like!

Tips

This time I used only the Kame ring, but it looks delicious even if you fry it with the chef mix.
